Cei mai nepotriviti pantofi pentru picioarele tale / Worst shoes for your feet

When choosing a pair of shoes we think first we need the most attractive and most trendy ones. There's nothing wrong to be fashionable, but we should not forget the health of our feet. Although many of us are tempted to blame high heels shoes, we should know that other types can affect our feet too. So we shoul alternate our shoes: one day the high heels, a day without, one day the platforms, a daiy stilettoes.

I know, it's true that a pair of stiletto shoes is great for an outfit, is elegant and makes your look glamorous. But for your feet means is too much pressure on your toes, which leads to inflammation of nerves. So you sholdn't wear heels higher than 6 cm, but if you still want to "risk" do not exaggerate with very thin heels (they can affect your stability and ligaments) and opt for heels a little thicker.

In plus, este favorizata aparitia bataturilor.

This kind of shoes are in trend in 2011, but they are troble for you feet. Because they put great pressure on your toes. They are easing corns, too. The reason is the same: your toes are tightly stick to each other. The alternative is, of course, shoes with rounded snout.

Balerinii si slapii, la fel de daunatori ca pantofii cu toc / Flat shoes and flip flops are dangerous for your feet

It seems hard to believe, isn't it? But flat shoes and flip flops are equally harmful for your feet. Wrigh, they are confortable, but they are harmful for the health of your feet. Why? The main reason is that they offer no arch support and can cause various problems such as plantar fasasciitis (manifested by sharp pain in the heel, usually at 4 cm below the heel or of the foot median area). Other problems that may occur are on the hip, back or knees. Flip flops are harmful as well. They offer little support for your feet, much of your foot is exposed and thus all kinds of injuries can occur.
